Terms & Disclaimer

1. Introducer only

Search3PL operates solely as an introducer. We provide a platform on which ecommerce businesses ("Clients") can list anonymised fulfilment requirements and on which third-party logistics providers ("3PLs") can pay a one-off fee to send a contact message. We do not vet, endorse, recommend or guarantee any Client or 3PL, nor the accuracy of any information provided. Any contract, negotiation, service or payment between a Client and a 3PL is strictly between those parties, at their own risk. Search3PL is not a party to and accepts no responsibility or liability for any such dealing or its outcome.

2. Fees are non-refundable

The fee a 3PL pays to contact a Client is a one-off charge for delivery of a single message via the platform. It is non-refundable. It buys delivery of the message (and, where available, confirmation that the message was opened). It does not guarantee a reply, a contract, or any business outcome.

3. Anonymity & data

Client identities and contact details are withheld from 3PLs. When a 3PL pays to make contact, Search3PL forwards the 3PL's message and business details to the Client by email. The Client chooses whether and how to respond. We record account and usage data as described in our privacy practices.

4. Acceptable use

Both parties agree to deal honestly and lawfully, to provide accurate information, and not to misuse the platform. Search3PL may suspend or remove any account at its discretion.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Search3PL's total liability arising from use of the platform is limited to the fees paid to Search3PL in respect of the relevant transaction. Search3PL is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss.
